Welcome to Turkey. Arrive in Istanbul Airport, meet your guide and transfer to your hotel. After check into the hotel, meet at the lobby for welcome and info cocktail.

Dinner & Overnight in Istanbul (B,D)

Transfer from hotel to Istanbul airport for flight to Izmir. Arrival in Izmir .Drive to ancient Smyrna, was the second one of the seven Christian churches in Asia Minor to which St. John the Divine wrote (Revelation l-11). In the afternoon proceed to Thyatira, another one of the Seven Churches. See the remains of a Basilica and other ruins from the Roman Period. Drive to Pergamum.

Pergamum (Bergama). Visit the Acropolis with its pagan temples and Altar of Zeus. Continue to the healing center, Aesclepion.

Dinner & Overnight in Pergamum (B,D)

After breakfast depart for Sardes, another one of the Seven Churches mentioned by St. John. Continue to Philadelphia to, another one of the Christian congregations, and a city built in 2 BC by King Eumenos. Continue to PAMUKKALE (Hierapolis). Watch the sunset over the petrified waterfalls.

Dinner & Overnight in Pamukkale (B,D)

Visit HIERAPOLIS and then Laodicea before continuing to Ephesus. See the final abode of the Virgin Mary where she spent her last years. Tour through ancient Ephesus to see the old synagogue, the theatre where St. Paul preached (Acts 10), the Library of Celsus and other sights.

Dinner & Overnight in Kusadasi (B,D)

Transfer to the airport for the flight to Istanbul. Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Free time in Grand Bazaar in the afternoon.

Transfer to Istanbul airport for flight back home.

Overnight in Shanghai (B,L)

Transfer to the port at 08:00 and board your ferry to Patmos. On arrival we go on tour of the Island. Visit the Grotto of St. John - Exiled from Ephesus in 95 AD, St. John the Theologian retired to a cave on Patmos, where he recorded his divine visions in Book of Revelations. A small chapel marks the cave site. We then visit Monastery of The Apocalypse - Founded by Ioannis Christodoulos, the fortified monastery has been the center of Patmos' religious and civic life since 1088 AD. Tour the monastery complex, home to such treasures as the Purple Codex, a 6th-century manuscript, an 11th-century icon of St. Nicholas, and El Greco's "The Suffering of Jesus". Stroll on your own Chora's narrowed cobbled lanes of Patmos' main settlement, which lies at the foot of the monastery. Browse among the many boutiques and shops.
